I agree with Foster D. a probation officer can't tell a minor to give up her baby unless she's unfit to raise a child. that's something that should be between the mother the father and the parents of the mother and father. you should get a lawyer just in case he tries anything with the court. you should also try praying on it.

Is he the father of the baby? Even if he is, he still cannot compel the minor to follow his command or advice. Anyhow, that instance could be considered illegal if there is a law in your state penalizing such, or if it constitutes a violation of the right/s of the mother and/or the baby. And the parent of the minor or the minor herself is the proper party to initiate appropriate legal action.
