Looking at kitesurfing either Thailand or Costa Rica. I'm wondering if I can get as cheap accommodation in the good kitesurfing spots (or close to) as I can in Thailand ($300-$400/month).. I may have to settle for Thailand.
Is accommodation in Playa Copal (Costa Rica) as cheap as Thailand to kitesurf?
