each girl's breasts start growing at different ages. I wouldn't worry about it too much. A healthier diet and exercise will help a lot. more fruits, vegetables, lean meats and proper portion sizes are an excellent start.

You're still only 13. Some people it takes well into high school. Be careful what you wish for! My sister had no boobs and then out of nowhere got double Gs. Yeah... lol.
