I spilled juice in my bed. What do I need to do?

A glass of juice was standing in my bed when I accidentally knocked it over. The juice spilt on my quilt and my mattress. What do I need to do now?

Answer

I would use lysol wipes to clean up the residual juice and sugar to hopefully minimize attracting bugs. You may be able to avoid stains if you clean thoroughly with soap. Laundry soap works wonders.
