I have phobia of lonlines I want to tell ma parents so please help?

well just come out and tell your parents how you feel its better to have a conversation with them then to keep from holding in emotions it would be the better thing to do it makes alot more sense to be that way then to hurt your ego with constantly put yourself through this kinda thing so just tell them you have something you need to tell them so say mom and dad or how ever you feel to say it and sit down with them
