While doing the internship I had my nose piercing and the other employees also had nose piercings. Should I still remove it even though I was working directly with the person who is interviewing me?

If i were you i'd remove my nose piercing just long enough until the interview process is over. It is more respectful on the business level as they would want you to look professional to the business. If the business you work for are okay with nose piercing, once the interview is over, then you can put it back on. It would be the same if i had tattoos all my arms i would wear something of long sleeve to cover it up. It's just respect thats all.
