These are two different fields in my application form. I am really puzzled as to where I should write about my Bachelor's degree.
What is the difference between higher education and university education?
Also, they say :diplomas with grades included - I studied about 40 subjects, shall I give ALL grades? That doesn't make much sense.

Higher education = simple graduate degree for e,g bachelor degree(here no specific subject, just general bachelor.
university =honours( bachelor of arts in English, bachelor of science in physics etc) or masters ( masters of arts in English etc) which contain a specific subject.
