Guys - Can a guy like a girl if he peeks or spies on her?

I don't understand what u hav meant by "peeks or spies"..i can assume it means "poking..teasing..joking..peeping..etc"..now see baby girl...guy always likes girls..and they behave in such a way that the girls like dem..but u should keep in my mind that it does not happens all the time..yeah its quite natural..that if a guy likes u den he will start poking and chatting wd u..to be intimate wd u..now it dpends on how the things really goes...
