Can anyone suggest me a serie like Castle similar romance/relationship between the main characters, Comedy-Drama and Mystery/Crime or something like that. I prefer a detective/consultant kind of partnership. 
and ungoing or multiple seasons (with ending)

The X-Files, maybe?
Forever only has one season but it's worth a shot, it's very similar and set in the same world as Castle. Castle and the main character of Forever met on an ABC bumper once, actually.
