Do discs get infected with virus when computers get virus?

If you burn discs using that computer, then the disc may get infected but if you have already burned the disc in another computer and you're inserting into this one then it will not get infected. Hope it helps. :P

Hi,

In case you are sure that your computer is infected with a virus, do not use it to write the CD's. Because the virus will be copied to the Disk while copying the data from the infected computer to the CD. However the CD's that you wrote before the computer was infected will not be infected by the virus.
