Can I go to the doctor without my parents knowing?

Yes, you are allowed to go to the doctor and ask for advice without this being communicated to your parents. I'm guessing conception happened long enough ago that a morning-after pill is no longer an option.

I would advise telling your parents, though. After the initial shock, they may be more useful than you'd think.
