As much as I know in the begining of Islam even in the Holy city of Medinah women use to gather in mosque for five time prayers and I want to know when and who disallowed women to in the mosque for prayer and offer their prayers at their home?

No, there is not. The only thing really against women in the Quran is that Mohamed says he saw more women then men in Hell. Then again, I'm a Christian and I've only read the Quran once so I could have missed something....but doesn't Allah want everyone to come to him?
