I microwaved a mug cake with Nutella in it. The Nutella was old, but it was unopened and I figured it would be fine, but halfway through the cake, everything tasted fine, but I saw a worm in it. A thin white worm, doesn't look like any larvae or chocolate worms or anything I looked up. Does anyone have a clue as to what worm it could possibly be? Am I OK/safe? Is it a parasite, which is my first and foremost question and I'm really scared right now, someone please help! I don't know if I ate one or not!
